Pandian’s corporate career spans over 30 years in a variety of industries—including Government, Manufacturing, Investment Holding, and Training & Consulting—with expertise covering Training, Consulting, Project Coordination & Planning, Share Portfolio Management, and Group Operations Management.

Currently, he is the Chairman and Licensee Partner of FranklinCovey, Inc. for Malaysia and Brunei.

He is a Master Facilitator in “The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People,” “The 4 Essential Roles of Leadership,” and “Leading at the Speed of Trust.”

In addition to addressing large audiences and groups, Pandian is also an Executive Coach who has coached senior leadership teams across the manufacturing, services, and non-governmental sectors. These coaching engagements focus on helping business leaders step up their leadership competencies in the workplace. Leaders are coached to implement high-leverage leadership activities based on 360° feedback from their internal stakeholders and customers. Notable clients in this category include Heineken Malaysia Berhad, the World Health Organization (WHO), Ericsson, and Aker Solutions.

V. Sitham brings more than three decades of experience in leadership development, organisational effectiveness and executive coaching, having worked closely with senior leaders, management teams and organisations across diverse industries in Malaysia and the region.

Having been part of Leadership Resources Malaysia since 1995, he began his career with the organisation in the business development team and has played an instrumental role in its growth and evolution over the years. Over the course of his career, he has supported C-suite executives, HR leaders and business heads in strengthening leadership capability, improving team alignment and driving sustainable organisational performance. As Managing Director of Leadership Resources (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, the exclusive licensee for FranklinCovey and Crucial Learning in Malaysia, he has led efforts to help organisations develop leaders, build high-trust cultures and execute strategic priorities effectively.

With deep expertise in leadership, communication and organisational transformation, Sitham supports Leadership Resources Malaysia with perspectives shaped by decades of partnering with leaders to drive behavioural change, strengthen accountability and build high-performing organisations.

Chong Pak Hee joined Leadership Resources, the sole licensee for FranklinCovey, in the year 2000 as a Client Partner. Over the years, he has managed many of the key client accounts of Leadership Resources, helping them integrate timeless principles of personal effectiveness, leadership, and organizational greatness into their businesses. Currently, he leads the Business Development Team at Leadership Resources.

Mr. Chong is a licensed facilitator for most of the FranklinCovey key programs. In addition to facilitating FranklinCovey training programs, he has also served as a guest speaker at client events (annual sales conventions, opening ceremonies of corporate learning centers, corporate retreats, etc.). Mr. Chong was also integrally involved in the creation of customized solutions for clients such as Honeywell, AIA, Top Glove, and Sony.

Satish Raj Krishnan brings extensive experience in leadership development, client engagement and organisational growth, having been part of Leadership Resources Malaysia since 2008. Over the years, he has developed a deep understanding of the organisation through experience across multiple functions, including operations, marketing, sales and client development.

Over the course of his journey, Satish grew into one of the organisation’s top-performing client leaders, recognised for his customer-centric approach, ability to build trusted relationships and passion for helping clients succeed. He also serves as a certified facilitator for FranklinCovey programmes including Leading at the Speed of Trust and The 5 Choices to Extraordinary Productivity, supporting leaders and organisations across diverse industries.
